DRIVER’S AGE: For categories A, B, J, V2 minimum age 21 years and for all other categories
25 years.
DRIVING LICENSE: The driver must hold a license for at least one year. The driving license
must be Greek, European (for EU countries) or International (for non-EU countries). For

PAYMENT METHOD: For all categories the renter must present a credit/debit card accepted
by Cbikes to cover the amounts related to the deposit and the payment of the rental cost
(for non-prepaid reservations).
We would like to inform you that, despite our continuous efforts to ensure that all prices
listed on our websites are accurate, errors may occur in individual cases due to system
failure. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible if we discover an error in the price
of your reservation and we will give you the opportunity to confirm it, if you wish, at the
current correct price or cancel it. Standard cancellation fees will not apply if you choose to
cancel your reservation. If you cancel and have already paid for your vehicle rental, you will
receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider your reservation as
cancelled.
GUARANTEE: For rentals in Greece, upon receipt of the vehicle, a guarantee amount will be
blocked on the driver’s credit/debit card which will be returned as such at the end of the
rental, if no other charges arise. The release of the amount can take up to 14 days
depending on the issuing bank of the card. The amount of the guarantee varies by vehicle
category.

Scooters: €350
E-bikes : €150
FINES AND VIOLATIONS: All fines and administrative penalties arising from the driver’s fault
are fully borne by the lessee.
INSURANCE: All authorized by Cbikes vehicle drivers are exempt for damage to the
rented vehicle from fire, and are insured with third party liability for death, bodily injury
and property damage. All 2 covers are subject to the general terms of Cbikes’ contract
with its Insurance Company. THEFT COVERAGE (TUE): Theft cover is an optional
service, which if accepted, the renter can limit his liability for total theft of the Cbikes
rental car to 650 € for groups A, B, J, Z, €800 for groups C, D, F, K, M, P, R, T, to €1.000,
for groups E, EM, EE, ZE, FE, DE, N, O, NM, U, V, Y, YL, 1, 5, 8, at €1.300 for category
9, SE, SY, 9F, V6 and at €3.000 for categories 3, 9L & YP, paying the amounts of €6, €9,
€12, €18 and €40 respectively per rental day. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE: The
service is available at an extra charge of €60,00 per incident. ACCIDENT FILE COSTS
(IAF): The driver is charged €30,00 in case of an accident, regardless of fault. This
amount is non-refundable. FINE FILE COSTS: The driver is charged €15,00, in case of a
fine resulting from a traffic violation. This amount is non-refundable. ADDITIONAL
DRIVER(S): Daily charge €5,00 for each additional driver. CHARGE FOR AIRPORT
DELIVERY: The charge for delivery and collection from the airport is 20,00€.
CHARGING POLICY: For electric vehicles, the renter is obliged to return the vehicle with
the battery level that received it. If this is less, then the “Charging Service Charge” will
apply. The renter will be asked to fully compensate loss or damage to the car’s charging
cable regardless of the coverage package chosen. The cost varies by model and
manufacturer. CHARGING SERVICE CHARGE: €10,00. CHILD SEATS: Available only
after reservation and with a daily charge of €10,00. PLOIGOS – GPS: Available only after
reservation and with a charge of €10,00 per day (if available). CHANGES OF VEHICLE
TYPE: The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different
type of vehicle than the one originally booked with an equivalent, or higher, category.
PICK-UP: Pick-up/delivery of the vehicle outside Cbikes stations is possible with a
charge starting from €20,00 for urban delivery. Outside the city, the charge will be an
additional €0.60/. Charge for each delivery or collection after opening hours will be
€50,00. “RENT HERE-LEAVE THERE” SYSTEM: It is offered between Cbikes stations
only after written approval and at a special charge in consultation with Cbikes.
TRANSPORTATION BY BOAT: It is allowed only with the prior written approval of
Cbikes. TAXES: All the above prices and charges are subject to VAT and in some areas
a city tax of 0.5% is charged on the rental price. Find out everything you need to know
