The process of renting a bicycle typically involves the following steps:

1. First of all you need to choose a suitable bicycle for you.
2. Make a reservation of your bicycle online (via our webpage) or over the phone.
3. Pick up your bicycle at our store or we can also deliver it at your place (there is extra charge). 
4. When you pick up your bicycle, you will be asked to show your identification and sign a rental agreement.
5. You will also be given a helmet,locker and any other accessories (per request).
6. Return your bicycle. When you are finished with your rental, return the bicycle to the rental shop in the same condition you received it or we will pick it up as per our agreement.

Our company offers a variety of bicycles for rent.

We can provide maps with bicycles. If you get lost, simply consult the map to find your way back.

Yes, you can rent a bicycle for more than one day. We provide offer discounts for longer rentals.

Of course you are allowed to return the bicycle to a different location. However, there is an additional fee for this service.

You can cancel your reservation with a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. However, there may be a cancellation fee charge.
